ずっと気になっていたミシュラン・ビブグルマンの京都のラーメン屋さん「山崎麺二郎」を訪問しました。何気に京都は、ビブグルマン獲得したラーメン屋さんが多いですね。
こちらは、京都駅から、嵯峨野線で１０分ほどで到着するＪＲ円町駅から徒歩３分のところに位置しています。観光で嵐山に向かわれる方や、金閣寺や北野天満宮、竜安寺を観光される方に便利のいいところに位置しています。
食事時は行列ができていますが、待ち時間の間にオーダーをとってくれますので、着席できればすぐにラーメンが着丼します。
こちらのお店は、醤油・塩・つけめんの３種類を提供されていますが、はじめての訪問ということもありまして、迷わず醤油を注文しました。
京都の醤油ラーメンというと、背油系の醤油ラーメンや新福菜館の真っ黒醤油など、比較的濃厚なものが多いのですが、こちらは京都では珍しいすっきりした醤油ラーメンです。
こってり濃厚好きな管理人は、この手の醤油ラーメンについては余程スープが美味しくないと再訪したいと思わないのですが、スープ最高・麺最高で間違いなく再訪することを決めました（笑）
塩ラーメンも絶品とのことなので、次回は塩ラーメンを食べにお伺いします。ごちそうさまでした。
